Continuing our Mass of the Month Program, we dive into Our Life in Christ Series of Masses for April.

Our Life in Christ series of Masses is 30 Masses representing the Life of Christ.

These Masses are offered to unite your intentions, or the intentions of your living loved ones with the life of Jesus. They represent a treasure house of graces. April is a holy month in the Catholic Church, as it marks the season of Easter and the celebration of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. During this time, Catholics engage in various devotions and practices that help them deepen their faith and connect with their spiritual beliefs. The month of April is dedicated both to the devotion of the Eucharist and devotions to the Holy Spirit. This tradition has developed because Easter Sunday often falls in April, and when it does fall in March, the Easter season continues through all of April.

In essence, April is a month of Easter, and during the Easter celebration, we remember the Eucharistic sacrifice Christ gave us and the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, which would come after Jesus’s resurrection. What a wonderful month to have a Life in Christ series of Masses said for your living loved ones.
