Return & Refund Policy

We value your trust in the Legionaries of Christ Mass Request Program. Because our offerings are both spiritual and physical, our refund policy has two parts:

1. Mass Requests and Spiritual Enrollments

• Non-Refundable: Once a Mass request (including Individual Masses, Novenas, Gregorian Masses, Perpetual Mass enrollments, or other intentions) has been scheduled, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Reason: Each request is treated as a spiritual offering and is entrusted to our priests promptly for celebration.

2. Physical Products (Folders, Cards, Enrollment Materials)

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no cost.
• To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@LCMassRequest.org with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
• We do not offer returns or refunds for items due to change of mind.

3. Order Issues

If you believe there has been an error with your order (wrong item, missing materials, or shipment issue), please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
